Each one of us needs to develop a character as our assignment, and the process of development is to be posted here. Thus.
This one is the very first design of Johnny that has been agreed by all of us, the group members for the final year project. His characteristics are quiet, tall, bookworm but doesn't necessarily have a nerd look. Since he is quiet, he doesn't have that many friends, so he treasures a lot those who are.His expression doesn't change much if not needed but despite that look, he thinks a lot. He tends to overthink too. This one is the earlier designs for Johnny that has been rejected for lack of variety. This was made before our lecturer announced that this project is an individual work.I was told to do it all over again. The minimum of 10 designs were needed to decide on one. Designs need to match his personality too.
So these two pictures are the 10 designs of Johnny that was made. The struggle to design all of them was real. Even so these designs were unsatisfactory. Nevertheless, our lecturer proceeded them by choosing three of these designs that she agreed match Johnny's personality.

So these are the three designs that our lecturer has chosen for me to choose any one of these to proceed to the next step of character development.I decided to choose the right one even if many of those who voted vote for the middle one.
So the next step of character development is to draw the poses of the character. The poses must be related to the character based on the personality. Two poses of Johnny reading was drawn even though the pose was not related to the story my fyp group has made. It's purposely made to emphasise Johnny's one trait of being a bookworm.Other poses are related to the story we made.
